These rules help prepare a quoteable flat panel. Manufacturing acceptance is tied to the reviewed design.

Upload geometry

Use a 2D ASCII DXF with one closed outer profile and contained cutouts, in millimeters or inches. Closed straight polylines and circles are supported. Native DWG, splines, arcs, blocks and open-line joining require conversion or explicit full-editor review. The upload flow proposes profile roles; the server checks the complete geometry.

Panel envelope

Current supplier-stated usable limits are 1170 × 2390 mm for wet layup/infusion and 1475 × 2390 mm for prepreg. The simple starter flow uses wet layup. Material availability and file check still apply.

Holes and fasteners

The current supplier detail places hole centers at least three hole diameters from the trimmed edge. This is a manufacturing screen, not a strength calculation. The stated standard positional capability is ±1 mm; tight OEM mounting patterns need a fit check and often a reviewed machining pass. Through-bolted foam-core areas need an appropriate solid load path.

Edges and finishes

A square trim does not automatically define a structural closeout or sealing system. A 30° core ramp is measured from the panel plane and needs room for the ramp, border and nearby features. Peel-ply state, sanding and molded faces are explicit choices; special finishes require review.

Price and timing

Requests contain the exact geometry and construction. Minimums and quantity breaks are included in your quote; eligible nested kits may share a panel after review. Price and ready date are confirmed after file check. A cart request creates no payment or production reservation. Production pricing may be unavailable while the live connection is being enabled.

Engineering review

Drawings and calculation records expose the design and assumptions. They do not create a structural approval, tested allowable or manufacturing release. Request information and contact covers custom tolerances, material sourcing and review.
